Impact of key users’ motivation on enterprise resource planning (erp) implemenentation project success

Uzņēmuma Resursu Plānošanas programmatūras (URP) ieviešana saistās ar lielām izmaksām un darbinieku noslodzi, taču tā sniedz arī daudzas priekšrocības, tādejādi kļūstot par gandrīz obligātu attīstības priekšnosacījumu veiksmīgajiem uzņēmumiem. Šī promocijas darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kuri darbinieku motivācijas veidi spēlē lielāko lomu URP ieviešana procesā. Darba empīriskajā daļā tika analizēti vairāk kā 200 pabeigtie URP projekti, ļaujot izdarīt statistiski pamatotus secinājumus. Motivational sources of practical nursing students at risk of dropping out from vocational education and training

The aim of this study was to contribute to the understanding of the reasons for low or high academic motivation among practical nursing students at risk of dropping out from vocational education and training. The research data consisted of semi-structured interviews with 14 Finnish students, which were analysed by qualitative content analysis. The analysis identified six motivational sources.
